Express Checkout
Guests are welcome to have express checkout. Please use your mobile phone to scan the express QR code on the table stand or at the key return box at reception and follow the instruction, input your room number and name as well as phone number, select the way to return keycard, enter the quantity of mini bar comsumed, leave any message to reception such as request invoice by email, any issue need to be fixed, any comment for your stay etc. Guest no need to attend reception by express checkout and can check out any time.

Light and power activation
Place room key into the card slot located next to the room door to activate power. Light switches are located closest to entry doors. (Items plugged into power points will remain to charge IF room key is removed from key slot)
Tea & coffee station
Minibar and tea & coffee station are located within the buffet (sand coloured top cupboard) Right side door will reveal minibar offering cool refreshments and your rooms supply of milk*. *If you require fresh milk please call reception within operating hours and they will cater to your request.
Air Conditioner
Press the ON/OFF button to turn ON and turn OFF air conditioning. Press MODE button to set cooling or heating as it appears on display screen. Press TEMP arrow up or down to adjust to desired temperature. (*Please note a red light will appear on unit display screen – this means the unit is defrosting. It may take up to 15 minutes to defrost when switched to heat)
In-room Safe
Please see instructions located on front side of your in room safe door located on the top shelf of your wardrobe. To activate safe for your stay place items into safe; enter chosen 4-digit code, press CLOSE. To open safe: enter your chosen 4-digit code and press OPEN
Please ensure that the safe is left open upon check out. If you have any issues with your safe please contact reception within trading hours by dialling ‘9’ from your room.

Additional Charges
Rooms must be left in a relatively ‘clean & tidy’ condition upon departure. If the room as “unsellable” for any fair reason – a standard night accommodation rate will be charged to the credit card provided.
Best Western Bolton on the Park is a non-smoking establishment and as a result where management determines the presence of any smoking in any room, a $300 additional cleaning fee will be applied to the credit card supplied to cover costs of dry cleaning of curtains, furnishings, etc. Ash trays are supplied around the ground floor of the property.
Although much loved, pets are not permitted* in our property – unless prior arrangement is made with management regarding the $300 additional cleaning surcharge. This will be applied to credit card for pets found in or around the property. *Assistance companions are permitted
Best Western Plus Bolton on the Park reserves the right to evict any person/s from the premises immediately and without notice, or refund for any disturbances or unruly behaviour causing disruption to other guests.
Best Western Plus Bolton on the Park also reserves the right to charge guests for all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning & unpaid expenses. Any additional will automatically be charged to credit card details provided upon booking/check in – following at least ONE attempt to contact the credit card holder.
Only the designated person/s on the check-in sheet are permitted to stay in room/s, any additions to this may be charged the average nightly rate for the duration of the booking, otherwise all occupants may be required to leave the premises.
We will not be held responsible for any interpretation or misunderstanding about the premises booking and cancellation procedures - fees WILL apply.
TV and Foxtel
Foxtel is from HDMI input to TV, please use the source button at the right hand side of the TV edge to select HDMI 1 input if TV shows no signal. Foxtel TV box takes 1 minutes to connect to Foxtel sever by Internet, please be patient when connecting. Foxtel TV box will automatically shuts down if not being used and TV will show no signal. Please use remote control to turn off TV and turn it on again, it will resolve this issue. Local TV is at Chanel 1-100, please press number 1 on remote to select channel 1 and use channel up and down button to select local TV. Local Attractions
Wagga Wagga Botanical Gardens
The city is renowned for its stunning parks and award-winning gardens. The Botanic Gardens is a must-see with it 20 hectares of themed garden beds, mini zoo, free flight bird aviary and adventure playgrounds to suit all ages.
There is a beautiful rose garden and Australian native plant section located within the Botanic Garden and an additional garden in 1995 was established – the Waterwise Garden, which includes models demonstrating how to minimise water use.
The miniature railway operates on the 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month. Toilet, BBQ & picnic facilities are available.
The Wagga Botanical Gardens are located on Willan’s Hill, Macleay Street. Wagga Wagga
Wagga Zoo & Aviary (located within the Botanical Gardens)
The Zoo contains a very diverse range of animals and exhibits many local animals as well as not local to the region. Many of the animals in the park are free to roam. These include – ducks; peacocks; chooks; black swans; geese and many other birds.
The public is welcome to feed the animals with healthy food available for purchase from the café located near the zoo entrance.

Lake Albert
Lake Albert is one of Wagga’s popular recreational destinations. The Lake precinct is surrounded by parkland and is a venue for water sports; fishing; walking and bird watching.
The walking track around Lake Albert is 5.5 kilometres long, offering exercise stops along the way. Showcasing a large playground for the kids, relaxing BBQ area over-looking the lake and the Wagga Wagga Boat Club, where you can stop to enjoy a drink & a meal.
National Art Glass Gallery
Wagga Wagga Art Gallery’s National Art Glass Collection is the most comprehensive public collection of Australian studio glass. It reflects diversity in style, subject and technique in contemporary practice as a continuous record of the glass community’s achievements and evolution from the 1970s to the present.
Wiradjuri Walking Track
The Wiradjuri Walking Track covers 42 kilometres, circling much of the City and exploring riverbanks, hilltops & everything in-between. It also winds through Silvalite Reserve and the Pomingarlarna Park – perfect for a little wildlife spotting or enjoying some of the best views over the city!
The Wollundry Loop - The Wollundry Loop is 12.1 kilometres and a more leisurely walk, following part of the Murrumbidgee River and the perimeter of the Wollundry Lagoon
RAAF Wagga Heritage Centre
The RAAF Wagga Heritage Centre showcases Air Force history, along with representing the significant involvement of the RAAF in the Riverina Region of New South Wales. The static aircraft display next to the Heritage Centre, represents over 50 years of RAAF flying history and are completely accessible for the pubic to view & photograph. Located on the Sturt Highway, Forest Hill – it is a must to view!

Museum of the Riverina
The Museum of the Riverina tells stories about the people and events which have helped shape the city of Wagga Wagga and the Riverina Region. It is also responsible for collecting and caring for more than 10,000 objects, photographs, textiles and paper-based materials which help to tell stories.
The museum is a great place for visitors to discover the Wagga Wagga story, and a welcoming community space for all ages and backgrounds.
The Botanic Gardens site highlights the people, places and the events that give Wagga Wagga it’s unique character. Located at 127 Lord Baden Powell Drive it is a worthwhile stop.

Memorial Gardens
The Victory Memorial Gardens were established in 1925 as a tribute to those who fought and died in the first World War. Thomas Kerr the designer of the Sydney Botanic Gardens – was chosen to create this tribute which is located on the banks of the Wollundry Lagoon in Wagga’s business centre along Baylis Street.
Junee Licorice & Chocolate Factory
The Junee Licorice & Chocolate Factory is located at the restored Junee Flour Mill. A historically rich landmark in the rural township of Junee, New South Wales (45-61 Lord Street, Junee). The factory is owned and operated by the owners of Green Grove Organics. A Junee local family business farming organics since 1962. The chocolate factory use the luxurious smooth Belgian style chocolate made with local organic produce.
Be sure to check out the factory tours. See how panning of chocolate products, and perhaps the chance to watch some of your old favourites such as Rocky Road or freckles be made or even better make your own GIANT chocolate freckle!
